Lodge 10 - 2 Bed with parking

Location is fine

The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, almost everything else was extremely disappointing. Hygiene & Comfort: Cleanliness needs serious improvement. It felt like the room hadn't been lived in or cleaned for months—there were spiderwebs, dust, and mosquitoes everywhere. Sleeping at night was very uncomfortable as my skin felt itchy the whole time. Amenities & Housekeeping: The basic facilities were lacking. There was no hairdryer. For a 4-night stay with family of 4 ,we were only provided with one extra trash bag and a single roll of toilet paper, and the one of twins room had no bedsheets . Connectivity: Being on the mountain, there is zero mobile signal (no incoming or outgoing calls, and mobile data didn't work at all, (the £20 data package I bought-To make matters worse, Wi-Fi was extremely weak and constantly disconnected.)
