Galenia Boutique Hotel

Beds were comfy.

We were one the top floor, and the steps were a lot. Specially since this was just a stop on our way home after a long tiresome trip.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Springbok. The location of the hotel was really central and suited our needs perfectly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Well maintained and we loved the hotel. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Our room was small and next to the stairwell which was noisy. The room we were in seemed like an afterthought and was not up to the standard I would expect from a boutique hotel.

The hotel advertises a business work area, conference facilities & amenities like a swimming pool. There are none of these. The room that we were allocated was facing the road where there is a loud nightclub and the lights in the mirror in the bathroom kept flashing & the bathroom door didn't close properly. We were moved to another room but there are no towel rails. Breakfast was cold & the place just feels like it has taken over an old building but have not finished their renovations properly.
