Panorama bellissimo, all'interno dell'appartamento si trova tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, pulizia organizzazione e balcone bellissimo con una bella vista

Un po' le scale senza ascensore, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena per il panorama e la pace sul balcone

This appartment is at the fourth floor, stairs only, what blowed my mind was that its only one entry and exit through that stairway alone, I dont think that complies with any safety regulations on that part. I notice it because someone burned his milk on the stove downstairs, what happends with any real emergency occuring and you realise you are trapped, lil too late than, I could not really sleep because of it after inspecting that whole building I saw the same build layout 4 stairs up only one way out. Its 2026 guys come on, also booking should check for these flaws. Little more safety compliance with 4th floors and not even 1 emergency exit on that floorlevel, no sprinklers nor smoke detectors. (I live on a penthouse myself, this has three exits out, never to be trapped in any situation.) Anyway now you know, take it or leave it. I didnt see it was written anywhere. Please be advised.
