If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Climate Control: The main house is heated but does not have air conditioning. The back house has a mini-split AC unit. Please note that AC is not available throughout the entire property. - Bear Country: This is an active bear area. Never leave food, trash, or scented items in your vehicle or outdoors — bears will break into cars to reach them. Keep all food and garbage secured inside and use the designated trash storage. - The elevator is not available for guest use. Entry & Security: The property uses standard key and lockbox entry (no smart locks). Please note there is no house alarm on site. Parking Details: - Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles total, with 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces outside the home. - Winter Parking: Street parking is not permitted during winter months. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
