Новый ремонт, большая терраса, 5 минут ходьбы от набережной
Нет полного набора посуды, нет сковородки, нет бокалов для вина/шаманского, нет штопора, уборка не проводится(полотенце и белье не меняют) во время всего периода проживания(мы жили 5 дней)

We were the first guests to stay here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The studio is brand new, spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was perfectly clean. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. The location is also excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
