Salt & Sun - Beach & Pool

The location was good. The house was very calming, just what we needed. The staff was easy to communicate with, and everything else was pretty great. Thank you!

I would recommend that you use something different to clean the floors, as they turn your socks and towels black. I think it is a cleaning product buildup, not dirt, though. Also, the walls could use a washdown. You might want to take the wheels off the queen bed; that thing is way too easily moved by accident. But those are just little observations I made. The checkout process is a little lacking. I think an email when you tell the host you've left is a great idea; it would let you know they received your checkout notice on time. That way, you know they know you are gone, and everyone has done what is required. And it also assures the renter you don't charge them for being late.
