I appreciated the affordable price for a three‑bedroom stay, and the host was genuinely kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout my visit.

the property itself needs more attention. The space wasn’t properly cleaned, and several areas clearly require upgrades or repairs. The AC in the master bedroom did not work, which made that room uncomfortable. There were also too many house rules for a place in this condition, and overall it felt like very little maintenance is being done.
