Le confort. La disponibilité de Netflix pour ceux qui n’ont pas d’accès. Très spacieux. Belle cuisine avec tout le nécessaire : café, thé,eau. Et salle de bain avec les produits de bain, lave linge avec tous son nécessaire. Quant à la plage, elle se trouve à 2 min de marche. Contact avec Dinos super appréciable. Répond à toutes les questions et très disponible. Je recommande car j’y retournerai sûrement.

Tetszett a vendéglátó kedves fogadtatása. Mindent megtett,.hogy jól érezzük magunkat. A konyha tökéletesen felszerelt, modern, érezhető volt, hogy, a vendéglátó mindenről szeretne gondoskodni: kávékapszulák, teák, a hűtőben innivalók, hozzávalók egy gyors uzsonnához, játékok. Az apartman igényesen kialakított, tiszta és nagyon barátságos, fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat! A tenger pár lépésre van, buszok a közelben, mégis csendes kis lakás,.jól lehetett pihenni. Az athéni riviéra gyönyörű strandjai egy karnyújtásnyira vannak.

Located so close to the beach and a walking distance from all the best beaches on the Riviera. The set up of the apartment was very convenient, modern and surprisingly spacious for a studio. The facilities including kitchen, washer and fridge were also very very convenient! I would highly recommend this property.

It doesn’t have a view but it is nestled amongst the tree tops which is a nice alternative.

Disappointing stay Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. There were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable and, in some respects, concerning from a hygiene perspective. * It was very noisy, with unusual and frequent sounds throughout the day and night. The bathroom was humid and had an unpleasant smell all the time. * The WC door was loose and made a significant amount of noise every time it was opened or closed. * The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable even for children. It did not feel appropriate for a proper night's sleep. * Although the room was vacant after our stay, we were asked to pay an additional full day for a late check-out. * The cleaning staff were not particularly professional or discreet. Most concerningly, I personally saw the cleaner using the same cloth for the bathroom and the kitchen which raised serious hygiene concerns. * After check-out, we received a message late at night regarding a small €10 item central bowl from temu, because we had apparently moved a decorative object from its original position in order to place our belongings on the coffee table. Receiving a message about something so minor at around midnight felt unnecessary and disproportionate. * The building itself is old, has noticeable odors, and carries a lot of sound between apartments. There also seemed to be frequent short-term/Airbnb guests, which contributed to the overall noise and lack of tranquility. Overall, the property needs significant improvement in cleanliness standards, maintenance, soundproofing, professionalism and guest communication. The location may have potential, but unfortunately the overall experience did not feel comfortable, well-maintained or relaxing. nowhere near luxury retreat
