Excellent hosts. Communication fantastic. Host has catered for everyone, human and dogs. Lovely touch having shampoo, conditioner, soap, kitchen condiments, dog toys, bowls, beds etc. Highair, pushchair for youngsters. Airer, ironing board, extra pillows. Cleaning products. Plenty of toilet roll. Explained check in and check out really well. Bonus of us staying longer on check out date due to their cleaner not coming till later in the day, was nice not to have to rush off after breakfast. Lovely quiet location. Saw deer one morning across the field that the caravan over looks. Clean caravan. Lovely decor. Would highly recommend
Waterproof materess protectors made the bed extra warm (plastic feel) but 100%understand why you require these. Nothing to complain about.

The caravan was beautiful, the best we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything and it really feels like home from home. The location of the caravan was spot on, so quiet and a lovely view but not too far from the reception and activities on the site. A gorgeous area to sit outside the caravan. Excellent communication from the owners, nothing is too much trouble.
