The stay was very good, we had clean beds, an AC, a minifridge, a normal shower and toilet and a balcony with a view over West-Giza to the Great Pyramids and the head of the Sphinx, just as shown in the photos. The hotel owner Ali was amazing and the best part about this stay, as he is genuinely very dedicated to the wellbeing of his guests, he is always available, he tries to be like a friend and not a hotel owner, he speaks good english and likes to take care and help people with their vacation-planning aswell. He also offers direct pickup service from the airport, driving inside Cairo and Giza and giving good recommendations on which places to visit, which are also suitable for english speaking tourists, and he commonly asks about the prices we pay, as he likes to make sure we do not get overcharged as tourists. The hotel is ran as a small business between 3 people and they are 24/7 available on site and friendly, they are all young and dedicated to their job. We got even picked up at 3am from the airport by Ali, without issue, after our planned Uber didn't show up. One of the best parts about this trip were the tours and activities that Ali offers and organizes himself, he is very flexible and likes to customize all trips based on the wishes of his customers. Which can include a boat dinner on the nile, a day trip in Giza to the Great Pyramids with him personally and organizing camel rides and guiding us around the pyramids, then showing us interesting shops and restaurants in Giza. Also elaborate daytrips to the Fayoum which include seeing the white desert, visiting local oases and lakes, driving over dunes in a landcruiser and sandboarding, a small boat tour over the lake, eating grilled lunch prepared in beduin fashion next to the oasis, optionally horse riding. All of these tours are organized by him personally for good prices.

For the neighbourhood of this hotel, it is very local and not touristy, we didn't have any bad experience or felt unsafe, but the recommendation is for most parts of Giza and Cairo, for tourists to travel by Uber. The first call to prayer of a mosque next to us, can be very loud in the early morning (~5-6am), otherwise the area isn't really noisy, as we are on the 12th floor with less car traffic.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! Fare colazione sul balcone con vista sulle piramidi ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Ali, il proprietario, e tutto lo staff sono stati gentili, disponibili e accoglienti: ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie ancora per la splendida ospitalità!

بصراحة هي كانت رحلة علاج وكان موقع الدكتور بالدقي فكانت المسافة طويله شويه بالنسبه لي هذا كل شيء
