Avangard Brand-New Luxury Studio with River View Old Tbilisi

The building was easy to get to. From the near the metro station, you take a bus down to the bridge and stop as soon as you cross it. Make your way downstream. The complex has a "smart residence" app which means, the host (which was very attentive) sends you a QR code that you can use to operate the main door to the building and elevators, with a simple scan. After a self check-in with a key in a lock box, you'll enter the room which itself is equipped with everything for a short to medium term stay. Everything is clean, renovated with gorgeous green accents. The view is one of the best in town. Bathroom has everything you need, hot water without issues.. even a bidet! AC works great. Kitchen also has all the great basic equipment, electric stove top, fridge. (no microwave though, would've been nice) I'll be staying here more in the future!

The only thing I needed that wasn't already in the room was a spare roll of toilet paper. That'd be appreciated!
