Seaside Sanctuary

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and appeared to be newly built. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balconies were spacious, making it a pleasant place to relax. The property is surrounded by nature, giving it a peaceful atmosphere. It is also pet-friendly and has a decent-sized swimming pool.

The biggest disappointment was the incorrect room information and pricing listed on Booking.com. The room I booked for 5 people was shown with 6 beds at around ₹2,200, and I had also contacted the resort beforehand to inform them that three more people would be joining us and that we would need an additional double room. They confirmed the arrangement. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the Booking.com listing had incorrect room categories and tariffs because, according to the resort, the property had been listed incorrectly. The room we booked was actually their Family Room priced at ₹3,500, while the double room was ₹2,500. Since we had already travelled a long distance and it wasn't practical to look for another property at that point, we agreed to pay ₹3,500 for the Family Room and ₹2,300 for the double room. Another downside was the food. As there are very few restaurants nearby, we ordered from the resort's kitchen. The veg thali was priced at ₹250, but the quality and quantity did not justify the cost. During our stay, there was heavy rain and a power outage at around 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, the resort did not have an in-house power backup. It took nearly two hours for a generator to be arranged before electricity was restored, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the stay was comfortable because of the clean rooms and peaceful surroundings, but the inaccurate Booking.com listing, food pricing, and lack of immediate power backup affected our experience.
