There are way too many rules to follow, to the point that we felt somehow anxious rather than relaxed feeling that we were doing something wrong! I got so many messages from the staff over the two days I stayed there that it felt a little too overwhelming. Not the chilled atmosphere we were hoping for. Also I would point out that a Nespresso machine would be a nice touch.
