ED Apartment

Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr gut gelegen. Vor der Tür gibt es genügend Parkplätze. Der Weg zum Strand dauert keine 7 min und es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und Restaurants. Der Verpächter hat am letzen Abend vor der Abreise, Getränke und kleine Snacks für den Weg für uns vor die Tür gelegt.

Leider war das Bad nicht sauber (Waschbecken, Spiegel, Toilettensitz und Fußboden waren dreckig) , es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Bad läuft unter Wasser beim duschen. Haben dem Verpächter direkt geschrieben, leider kam da nicht viel rum, außer das dort 2 Frauen geputzt haben. Nachdem ich Bilder geschickt habe, kamen nur Erklärungen. Auch wurde oft erwähnt, dass er solche Probleme nie mit anderen ,,Mietern“ gehabt hätte. Für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht bzw. Das jemand nochmal kurz das Bad putzen kommt.

Wonderful stay in Durres! Although the apartment is not on the first line of beach residences, it is still quite close—only a 3-minute walk to the sand, which we didn't mind at all. The apartment was spotless and modern. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, and the space had everything we needed for our short stay. There are plenty of shops around the building, including groceries and souvenirs, as well as very nice restaurants, cafes, and beach bars, especially at beach area closest to our apartment. The host was very polite and highly responsive whenever we asked for information. I would definitely book it again and recommend it to friends!
