It was really nice. The owner was super friendly. It is a new building and is also clean. The owner also very sweetly accomated more people and also he gave or driver some space in the living room to sleep at no extra cost, which was a big deal for us.
I was expecting toiletries. If you did not bring toothpaste, soap, shampoo or towel then it will be difficult. Also no mosquito repellent, but we had good A/c and fan.

Nice peaceful location, supportive owner. Nice staffs. Owner arranged auto to travel to places with less cost for those who don't come by own car or vehicle.
Sometimes there are monkeys intervention. But rare.
