Location, excellent presentation, cleanliness wonderfull property in all respects.

Bumpy driveway was the only very minor thing but great to keep car speed done near the horses.

Fitted out to a top standard . Very comfortable

Personal but bed too soft and a bit tiny . Take my fly zapper next time ! It is a farm after all A few cobwebs - I notice all the time but some won’t !

Beautiful property on a farm with stables! The interior is lovely, and the property is very well equipped with great amenities. The little touches, like the lights that come on as you go up the stairs, really add to the charm. The bed is incredibly comfortable, too. Such a cosy little stay! Location is fantastic and great views. It’s a short drive to lots of lovely places and beautiful beaches. We also visited the local farm market on Sunday, and the oysters were incredible — definitely worth a visit! You do need a car if you’re staying here, but it’s well worth it for the location and everything there is to explore. We will be returning!

There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. If we were to suggest any changes, it would be to add a tv into the bedroom downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, calm, and relaxing space! The accommodation is brand new and perfectly set up with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. It is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location surrounded by lovely farm buildings with incredible, far-reaching views. We absolutely loved spotting all kinds of wildlife in the nearby fields. It is a fantastic base for exploring west Cornwall, and Fiona was an incredibly welcoming and friendly host. Toms Folly sits on the grounds of the gorgeous Cusgarne Manor House B&B which I would love to book in the future.
