The property was brand new. The construction was very attractive and functional. The personnel was very attentive and efficient, specially Marina at the front desk. She relocated us the fastest possible because of a glitch with the A/C in the former allocated apartment. In addition, she compensated us with free parking for one whole week by reimbursing its payment right away the next day. The apt size was excellent and the terrace huge. We had a reasonable view of the sea. Facilities within the apt were correct for the two of us. We fully enjoyed our stay. The beach sand was very close because aduana suites were in the second line of buildings relative to the beach promenade.

The mentioned A/C glitch was annoying because it didn't let us have a good sleep the first night. It worked in the living room but not in the bedroom. But the apt relocation was fast the next day thanks to Marina's efficiency. Everything then worked fine. The signal for the TV sets was weak and pixelation and freezing of the image was a problem that was solved after letting the front desk know. All these minor problems were probably due to the very recent opening of the property to the public.

Que todo estaba muy nuevo y la zona de la terraza con la piscina era muy bonita. También se agradece un secador normal como el que había, ya que en muchos hoteles lo tienen anclado en la pared y es muy incómodo.

La señal de la TV fallaba un poco.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Hotel neu, wird weiter ausgebaut. Sauber. Zimmer werden 3mal die Woche gereinigt. Auf Anfrage auch zwischendurch neue Handtücher. Super Lage.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Poolbereichs nicht optimal. Öffnet späht und schliesst früh. bin nicht sicher ob die Poolanlagen richtig oder genug gefiltert werden. Nachmittags nicht so reines Wasser.
