Organised and decorated pretty well. Plenty of space and comfort, except maybe the bathroom (but you get used to it in a day or two. Whatever you need its already in there. Host is also always available and considerate (on few occasions we even had couple of cold beers together, which reminded me of our well known balkan hospitality).
Excelent, stable internet speeds for those that work remotely!
As the name already states, literally a minute away from the beach.
Also for some reason we really enjoyed the size of the balcony as we liked to chill there during and off our work hours.
We did not really like our neighbours as they occasionally tend do be noisy during dinner time, but that was pretty much it.
