Great location, very close to a nice and lively neighbourhood. Cute little garden with a space to enjoy a breakfast or a lunch/dinner outside. Very nice bathroom, with modern design and all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, alas a little on the slimmer side. Kitchen had most of the necessary equipment for comfortable cooking with basic ingredients such as olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
There is no washing machine or iron in the apartment, so prepare accordingly (there is a laundry service spot nearby if needed). I think it would also greatly benefit to have a folded chair and/or an umbrella for the beach since it’s so close to the beach and would make this apartment a perfect little gem for a longer holiday stay in the Côte d’Azur.
