We were extremely satisfied with the apartment! The communication with the host was exceptionally good and simple via messages; he lives nearby, even came by to say hello, and made sure we knew we could ask him for anything we needed. The location is great, very well connected, close to the parking lot, the center of Betina, and the sea is literally less than 10 meters away. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and equipped with everything a guest might need.
The only minor downside was that the apartment did not have a proper built-in air conditioning unit. However, since the apartment is brand new, we believe the hosts will install one for future guests. They did provide us with a portable AC unit, but a proper air conditioner is still needed.

Nice and clean newly furnished apartment!
Need more information in advance to find the parking place. Need more information in advance how to reach the apartment from the parking place. It is difficult to reach the apartment with luggages from the parking place. Apartment is on the ground floor, door open from the street, no air-condition, so if you leave the window open at night you will hear the people walking on the street and making noise, conversation etc.
