ALBATROS Suites&Rooms

Ottima posizione. Pulita e profumata la stanza. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile!

El anfitrión muy dispuesto y amable. La ubicación muy buena.

The hosts were really helpful and very responsive before and after we'd arrived. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with a TV, aircon and remote, towels, fridge, and the hosts could provide an array of other items as needed. We didn't use the kitchen, but this is available for warming up foods or making hot drinks. Very clear instructions for getting into the building and lobby and the location is close to the station. Good value for money and perfect as a base for a short stay in Naples.

There is a lift to get up to the floor the apartment is on (only 1st or second floor) but it is very tiny. Not a problem for most,, but those with excessive luggage or not confident climbing a flight of stairs may want to take this into consideration.

It was handy for the trains and bused

It was advertised with a balcony. This was just a foot wide so impossible to sit out on. The room (No2) also looked over the busiest and loudest dual carriageway in Naples throughout the day and night. The double glazing had no effect. There was no.toilet roll or hand-wash by the bathroom sink though this was rectified when we raised the matter There was no concierge as promised nor a swimming pool as advertised. Whilst the price is attractive and the location handy for trains and buses you are not going to get much for your money
