5 BR Theater ,Gameroom &POOL

I like that the owner was quick to respond to messages. And one of the bathrooms was spacious and was remodeled well. The property felt safe and the driveway accommodated 2 vehicles. The fridge was spacious and the commercial gas stove was nice. The tv’s worked and the dining table was spacious. The pool is actually bigger than it look .

The home was in a good location no trouble with neighbors although at first glance I thought otherwise. The home was not as advertised. There is no mention of the 5th bedroom being a casita in the back as well as the game room and theatre room being detached and located in garage. In my opinion, The house is poorly remodeled. There were tons of sign of lots of wear on this house for example the baseboards were heavily caulked to cover imperfections. The walls felt like paper and there were visible signs of them being cut out and poorly repaired. Also in one bathroom there looked to be tissue in small holes in shower ceiling to camouflage holes. The mattress in the 3rd bedroom felt like sleeping on a cement block and ants was in the bathroom. I would kill them and there would be more everyday. The toilets had “weak pipes” so you couldn’t flush tissue (maybe this is a San Antonio thing but not where I’m from. We flush our flushables in the toilet). I wish that was advertised. The bathrooms had a smell that would come and go possibly from the “weak pipes”. I say “weak pipes “ because there was a sign that said this when we got there.
