The flat is perfect, everything was clean, and available. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Secure entrance and exit. Comfortable beds, lovely facilities. Host is always available and communicates wonderfully. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and easy check out. Felt at home the entire trip. Will definitely love to stay at the unit again.

If there was a microwave, this would be the absolute perfect place. There was nothing to complain about, at all.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be spacious, comfortable, safe and well-presented. The beds were particularly comfortable, and the accommodation provided a relaxing environment with plenty of space to unwind. There were, however, a few aspects that detracted from our experience. The kitchen lacked important basic self-catering essentials, specifically a microwave and toaster. As a result, we had to rely on the oven for simple tasks, which was less convenient and appeared to contribute to the already strict electricity limitations. We were advised to switch the geyser on and off during our stay, and we followed these instructions carefully. Unfortunately, we later discovered that a heated floor mat in the living area had been left on without our knowledge. On our departure day, while having breakfast, we received an electricity alert and experienced issues with low power supply which was a noise nobody could tolerate. Given that we had been mindful of our consumption, this was very frustrating and left us feeling pushed out of the accommodation way before our checkout time. In addition, we found personal belongings stored in some of the cupboards, as well as food items in the fridge and freezer. This created the impression that the unit may be occupied during the week and used as a private residence when not being rented out. While this may not be the case, it did affect our sense of being in a dedicated guest accommodation. The combination of limited kitchen amenities, feeling uncomfortable around electricity usage, and the presence of personal items made us feel less at ease than we had hoped. That said, the unit itself is a lovely space with very comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. With a few improvements and greater transparency around electricity management or a better allocation of electricity for the unit and storage spaces, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
