This modern and cozy house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious estate surrounded by forest and river provides peace, but also plenty of activities to ensure a memorable stay. The highlight is the 80 m² covered terrace divided into three areas: a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area, a lounge corner for socializing, and a quiet nook with a swing chair perfect for relaxation and reading. On the terrace, guests can enjoy a wood-heated Whirlpool with views of nature. The yard offers a sunbathing area with loungers, an outdoor fireplace, and many activities for children and adults – a climbing wall, mini football, volleyball and badminton net, archery, and a hammock. A special experience awaits in the tent for sleeping under the stars. The river provides additional fun with SUP boards that can even take you paddling to a nearby restaurant Papalina. The house also features a projector for movie nights and board games for entertainment.
