Apropierea de Centrul Vechi si plaja.
Curatenie superficiala. Starea generală de fixație extrem de uzată si neîngrijită ( baia cu un miros ingrozitor, faianta si gresia murdare, dușul ruginit si aproape nefunctional, vasul de WC plin CU nisip, initial am crezut ca e luat smaltul, canapeaua din living extrem de incomoda) Atmosfera generala cu aer de promiscuitate: vecini, galagie, aspectul scarii de bloc si a blocului in sine, balcoanele apartamentului, totul cu aer de ruina in continua reparatie.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult experiența aici. Apartamentul este exact ca în poze, foarte curat, confortabil și bine dotat. Locația este excelentă, iar gazda a fost amabilă și receptivă. M-am simțit foarte bine și aș reveni cu drag.
