Midland Friendly Game Room Home

We loved that the property manager worked with us. The thermostat had a minimum setting that we wanted to go under because we are used to a much cooler house. They listened to our concerns and allowed the thermostat to be brought down lower. Even though it still wasn't to what we are used to, it was much better and plenty cool for the home. We loved the space. The kids enjoyed the games in the game room and the toys that are provided in one of the bedrooms. It was nice to have your own space and not be on top of each other like a hotel room! Toiletries were provided although we had brought our own. We loved having the washer and dryer in home as it allowed me to prepare my son for a weekend sleepover that was happening as soon as we got back home! The kids also had fun playing on the piano. The door lock batteries apparently started to die while we were there. I messaged the PM and she was out the next morning to fix it, but also made sure it was a good time for "us"! We were just hanging iut so it didnt really matter, but I thought that was very considerate of her considering she could've just shown up at any time since it is theirs and she knows the code. It was thoughtful.

The master bed was rather hard. I did speak with the PM about it so maybe that will be changed. I do tend to like a softer bed, so it may be fine for others. The other 2 bedroom beds were not too bad. The kids slept in those and I did swap with my daughter the last night in an attempt to get good rest to drive the 7.5 hour trip home the next day. Some things in the home could definitely use some upgrading, but its very obvious this was someone's home at one point as there is a child's height measurement on one of the doorways which i actually thought was cool. I believe this BNB is a work in progress and will be wonderful when all upgrades are completed.
