C’è stato un problema con la serratura e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 40 minuti la seconda chiave

Non siamo stati informati dove ritirare la chiave dell’appartamento. Non era indicato il numero civico del residence L’appartamento non era quello che avevo prenotato. Le foto non corrispondevono a quelle che Booking mostrava durante la prenotazione. Nel salotto mancava il divano, non siamo stati informati e nessuno ci ha contattato per darci spiegazioni. Tutto questo è stato comunicato alla signora Elena dell’ Hotel Astra. Il giorno dopo però sono venuti degli operai a portarci 2 poltrone dicendoci che i divani non erano ancora stati consegnati dal fornitore. Mancavano le tende alle finestre
