Beautiful Kathmandu Swimming pool Hotel

The staff was really friendly and helpful if you needed anything, they were all around great and very accommodating, and the location was great.

On my first morning there I was naked, sitting on the toilet and waiting for the shower to warm up when someone from the hotel opened my door. It was 8am. I found that a little violating and upsetting. The shower didn’t work properly. The only way that I could get the shower head to stay on was by having a cold shower, and then suddenly on my last day it worked properly. The sheets kept sliding off the bed so I would wake up sleeping on the mattress (gross) and there was a big wire poking out the side of the mattress that kept pinching me. The phone didn’t work properly (half the time I had to jiggle it around to call the front desk). There was no hair dryer in the room, when I asked to borrow on they brought me a broken one, that gave me an electric jolt when I tried to turn it on. When I complained they found another hair dryer for me, but didn’t seem to understand that I’d been electrocuted. I wasn’t able to keep the hair dryer for my stay, they took it back a few hours later.. I’m a bit disappointed because for the price, I think the room should have been equipped and in good working order. I’m going to be honest, I am also pretty upset about being walked in on and also electrocuted.
