MOLTO BELLA E CURATA LA STRUTTURA NEGLI INTERNI E GLI ESTERNI. LA CURA DELLE PIANTE E DEGLI APPARTAMENTI E' BEN ESEGUITA. LO SCARICO DEI BAGAGLI E ED IL TRASPORTO DELLE VIVANDE PIUTTOSTO DISAGEVOLE PERCHE L' AUTO NON PUO' ARRIVARE VICINO AGLI APPARTAMENTI. PARCHEGGIO PRESENTE MA PIUTTOSTO DISAGEVOLE PERCHE SU TERRA STERRATA E CON APERTURA MANUALE DEI CANCELLI. POSIZIONE DELLA VILLA MOLTO SCOMODA SOPRATTUTTO PER LA STRADA PUBBLICA DISSESTATA CON MANCANZA DI ILLUMINAZIONE MA MOLTO GRADEVOLE QUANTO ALLA BELLEZZA DELLA CAMPAGNA E DELLA PIACEVOLEZZA DEL VENTO E DELLA FRESCURA
DISTANZA DAL MARE E IMPERVIETA' DELLA STRADA COMUNALE MOLTO DISASTRATA E POCO ILLUMINATA
