Very nice cottage / house close to the water in a small gated community. Boats available for use as well as a wood fired hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed an everything was very clean and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. Do not expect a social setting. This is very much a quiet place away from crowds. Food shopping was close by.
While there were likely difficulties in the past requiring this, numerous messages to not communicate with the neighbors could have perhaps been formulated a bit more tactfully. I understand why they are necessary but it was a bit daunting to get several of these messages right before arriving.

Property was like new (August 26). It was immaculate. Peaceful, fantastic location, extremely well kitted out, everything you could need & more. Such a beautiful, tranquil spot. Host was great, really helpful. Highly recommend renting a boat, fishing gear supplied. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Really tiny point but kitchen was so well equipped there was very little space to prepare stuff, but we coped fine. Due to my bad research the location is actually quite far from the top fjord locations… a 3 hour drive each way. So that limited the number of trips we did, however the local area has loads to see and do
