This homestay is located 2.5km from Kodaikanal lake and 1.5km from lake. Tamil, Kerala and several south Indian hotels are just a short walk from this homestay. Zomato and Swiggy delivery are available for this address. Home-cooked meals are offered as well. Area is quiet and clean. Rooms are suitable for a family of four and spacious for couples. Free wifi and TV are available. Campfires with music are available for an extra cost. Not sure whether it's available all time. The host is very helpful. As soon as we call him, he will organize majority of things for the stay.value for money.

Wifi speed is varying and it is air fiber. Very few balcony rooms are there. Most hi fi restarted are expensive. Have to stick with small hotels to check the budget.

This homestay is 1.5KM away from the lake. This makes it suitable for most shopes and activites constructed around the lake. This makes this homestay location very important for the stay. Most sightseeing places needs to be accessed across this lake road. Rooms and Bathrroms are neat and well maintained. I noticed many posh villas and homestay near to this. There are plenty of shops and restarunts within walking distance from this homestay, making this best for family and couples. Overall, value for money. Location wise, will give 10/10. Rest are good.
