    ​I had a good stay overall, largely thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. They were extremely helpful and cooperative, even accommodating my luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. I truly appreciate their assistance! ​While the service from the team was commendable, there are a few operational and facility issues beyond their control that management should address for future guests: ​Bathroom Flooring: The bathroom uses regular tiles instead of non-slip/matte finish tiles, which can be a safety concern when wet. ​Check-in/Check-out Flexibility: There appears to be no clear company policy or flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. ​Room Door Safety: I was unable to lock my room door from the inside. Although I requested to have this rectified, it was not resolved during my stay. ​In-Room Entertainment: The TV had no active cable connection, nor were logged-in OTT platform subscriptions provided. ​Dining Restrictions & Options: Dinner orders only open after 19:30, meaning food isn't served before 20:00. The menu itself was uninspiring, and several items listed were unavailable. ​Overall, the hotel team does a fantastic job with what they have, but addressing these maintenance and management policies would significantly improve the guest experience.

    We stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is very clean and so are rooms. The rooms are very spacious and give good vibes in general. Staff is very polite. They have an in-house restaurant as well though I did not get a chance to eat there because of other reasons. Room service is available as well. I would definitely recommend this property for anybody looking for a stay in Bhowanipore.

    We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aston Residency. The location is excellent. Situated in a well-connected part of South Kolkata, it is just a short walk to the metro station, making it very easy to get around the city and explore local sights. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet enough to get a great night's sleep after a busy day. What really stands out here is the service. The staff is genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was another highlight. It was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the day. We also tried their lunch, and the food was excellent and hygienic. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, or anyone visiting Kolkata. We will definitely stay here again. Let me know if you would like any other specific wording changes, or if you need help with reviews for other properties.

    It is a very clean and modern hotel in the center of kolkata . It offers great value and a very sweet staff. I would certainly go back.
