The room, having stayed at the Polynesian many times, was much nicer than the standard rooms. It had tiled flooring, a large modern TV with access to streaming services.
The owners of the room took great care and time to furnish the room with things people may need!
Sand toys, pool toys, board games, spices, a power surge, ample cookware, a dishwasher, soaps, etc.
I also enjoyed being on the first floor, this room has great access to the pool.
The shower ... It was so hard to get the water on, I did message the provided number but did not hear back. To get the water you have to really yank the knob, to a degree you wouldn't think safe or necessary.
On our second day of vacation the lights in the bedroom just stopped working, we tried all the switches in the room and the hotel room and we could never get them back on. Not sure why.
Hopefully both these issues are addressed and fixed, then there really are no issues with the room.
