Good location in the town /area and overall a spacious property.

We were staying with 5 and there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed when we arrived. The host was easy to communicate with but we were asked to ultimately collect our own bedding from a local hotel. It wasn't sufficient for the bed. The next day more was provided but again no duvet or sheet that actually fitted on the sofa bed. The bathroom smelt very damp as there was no windows. The bathroom also hadn't been fully cleaned and the shower drain was blocked so the floor flooded. This was fixed the next day but not a great start. The photos make the property look very bright. Actually the windows of the living room open onto a main road at head height so it was noisy and we kept the blinds shut for privacy. The double bedroom windows open onto an alley behind the house where bins are stored. This meant most of the blinds needed to be shut and gave the flat a much darker feel. We left a day early as two of our party have ashma and the damp smell from the bathroom affected them. The host was communicative throughout and tried to rectify the issues and wiped the tourist tax as a token of good will but it wasn't the property we were expecting.
