Fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, good a/c and showers. It has washer and dryer but we didn’t use since our visit was 3 nights. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

King bed may need replacing sooner than later as it sinks a bit. Together we weigh less than 287 lbs so I don’t think weight is the issue.
