The location first and foremost because we chose it because it was very close to our family that we came to visit. And also very close to the beach. It was very well kept and had a beautiful lake to sit on the screened porch and watch the beautiful birds and ducks…
The fact that they advertised a bbq grill on the listing and had planned on having our sister and brother in law over for a cookout and we text the host and informed us that they didn’t have a grill. So we had to order food out!!
