Kényelmes, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, parkoló tartozik az apartmanhoz. 5 perc gyalog a belváros, a közvetlen közelben van több bolt, pékség, cukrászda, zöldséges, pizzázó, és két kifőzde is, ahol olcsón jó minőségű helyi fogásokat lehet kapni.

A konyhai felszerelek már elég hiányosak, nem ártana pótolni pár dolgot. A zuhanyzó lefolyóját ki kellet takarítanunk, hogy zuhanyozni tudjunk. Elsőre elárasztottuk a fürdőszobát. Emiatt a 8-as értékelés. Egyébként magasabb lenne.
