Location, I like how you had to go through the carport to actually enter the house which was great as I have two kids that love to wonder
Everything was great apart from the tv not working in master bedroom

The area and location was good.
There was too many stairs..2 flights of steps from the garage to the kitchen and lounge and another 2 flights of steps to the bedrooms. Not meant for an older couple like us.Wheelchair not accessible for disabled.
Modular sofas was most uncomfortable: especially the corner seat.We sank in them. Not good for the back. Hard to get out of the seat.
One out of 3 kitchen lights was working.
There was tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. We could not put anything on the kitchen counter as it was infested and they keep appearing after some time of being wiped and kitchentops cleansed.
The bedrooms were great with good views.
