Artystycznie nad Bugiem 1

The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We were given half of the house — two floors and a terrace. We could choose to sleep either in the large double bed or each in our own bed. Downstairs, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Despite the hosts' concern that the WiFi might not be good enough, it did its job very well. I was able to get all my work done without any problems. The speed wasn't especially high, but that isn't always necessary. On arriving in Gnojno, our mobile operator welcomed us to Belarus, even though we were in fact still in Poland. So I simply switched off all data on our phones and we moved over to the hosts' WiFi. The house itself sits in a beautiful ring of conifers — though there were birches growing there too. The hostess was very welcoming and easy to talk to, and we could also communicate in English. We were offered souvenirs made right there in the artists' workshop as well. From what she told us, I gathered that she also teaches art to children. What we could see were various ceramic pieces. I should add that we arrived well after the agreed time. It was already dark, so we got a little lost. But once we got in touch with the hostess, everything was sorted out. At one house where we stopped to ask for directions, a kind man got into his car and drove ahead of us to the end of the road, where the hostess was waiting for us in her own car. So it became perfectly clear to me that very good and hospitable people live here, and that the hostess is well known and well liked in the area. If we get the chance, we will definitely stop here again.

Wszystko się podobało. Piękny apartament dwupoziomowy, w budynku w którym mieszkają również właściciele, ale z osobnym wejściem. Na dole kuchnia a u góry salono-sypialnia i łazienka. Wszystko pięknie i starannie urządzone. W apartamencie 2 osobne łóżka. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone we wszystkie przydatne sprzęty. Ręczniki w komplecie. Sam apartament położony w centrum miejscowości Gnojno, która znajduje się przy dawnej przeprawie promowej, nad Bugiem, w bardzo cichej i spokojnej okolicy, trochę "na końcu świata". Jest zasieg internetu.,

Wszystko OK.

Na parterze znajduje się pracownia ceramiczna, w której można obejrzeć i zakupić (w przystępnych cenach) oryginalne, lokalne pamiątki. W pokojach sporo miejsca, czysto, duża i czysta łazienka. Miła właścicielka, która chętnie porozmawia z gośćmi. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, taka namiastka domku babci na wsi.

Warto zrobić przegląd w kuchni dla gości - powyrzucać jakieś nieprzydatne przybory/urządzenia i przygotować bardziej pod gości (kawa, herbata, szklanki, kubki itd. Choć podstawowe przybory były)

Kameralne miejsce na totalnym końcu świata, kolorowe, przepełnione wyrobami hand make, roślinnością, kilkoma miejscami do odpoczynku. Parę kroków do Bugu, kajaki, W pobliżu Janów Podlaski ze słynna stadnina koni. Od paru tygodni dojazd z W-wy autostradą. Możliwość zorganizowania warsztatów ceramicznych.

Internet mógłby być lepszy ale nie jest tragicznie
