One bedroom traditional apartment for max 5 people This traditional Austrian chalet is situated in the centre of Mühlbach am Hochkönig, a skiing and hiking village in the Austrian Alps, 45 minutes drive from Salzburg. The living area leads onto the south facing balcony, which has a table and chairs. There is a shared garden in front of the house which you are welcome to use. There is a gas BBQ and seating and dining area guests can use (extra charge for BBQ) There are 3 apartments that are rented out in the house. This apartment is on the first floor, approx. 55 square meters. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed (1.8m), wardrobe, bedside cabinets and single sofa bed. There is a kitchen area with 2 ring hob, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave and all the necessary utensils etc. In the living area there is a king size bad (1.8m), a corner sofa and a corner dining area and TV with satellite. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. There is a ski and boot room downstairs, with a boot drier. You can also store bikes here in the summer. We offer the Hochkönig card! You can save a lot of money with this! It gives free use of summer mountain lifts, swimming pool, hiking bus and more! In winter there is free night skiing, free days hire of Go Pro and many discounts, Please note that one dog per apartment is allowed, for an additional charge. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment and are not allowed on furniture. Shops and restaurants are 200m from the house and the ski and hiking bus stop is 100m from the house. The main gondola is 750m from the house, which gives access to over 120km of pistes. You can ski back to 100m from the house in good snow conditions. The Hochkönig ski area is also part of the ski Amade ski area with over 750km of pistes. In summer there are over 340km of hiking trails to discover as ell as an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts in the village. Free wifi and free parking are available.
