    Really cool suite. Love the amount of space and the decor. There's one staff member that brings the whole place down though. He's normally there in the morning. Other than that. I like it a lot.

    we were desperately searching for pet friendly hotels and had been turned down by a few places for either price or quality or over booking after considering sleeping in our car we found Sonesta. they booked and had us in a hotel in an hour. the employees will look up cheaper deals for you to go through online and do whatever you need to have a comfortable stress free stay, alot of other hotels will brag about their amenities and price and hospitality, but sonesta doesnt brag. it works hard to PROVE its great hotel the staff are AMAZING. this is the only hotel i wanna stay at in grand rapids. will stay again, will recommend!

    We were looking for a place that could accommodate our 3 year old and our oldest who has autism. Having a small kitchen available to us would have been ideal to support the children's picky eating habits. What we found was two rooms connected; 1 with sleeping quarters the other with a living room area a small refrigerator and a microwave. We were disappointed with only having a microwave. It was only a small inconvenience, but if we would have known we would have only purchased the single room. In the bathroom there was no hair dryer. Not a big deal, but again inconvenient. Everyone agreed that the beds were the best were have ever slept on in a hotel.
