I really appreciated how willing they were to assist. The lady who called me was kind, friendly, and made sure everything was in order. They also provided us with a blanket to keep us warm, which was a very thoughtful and courteous gesture.
The place could have been cleaner. It was also quite noisy due to the traffic in the area and the planes passing overhead, which affected the overall experience. There was no TV available, which made the stay feel a bit boring at times. Having a TV in the room would be a great addition and is something worth considering to enhance guests' overall experience.
