The key pickup location was not difficult to find. The views from the apartment were good. The place was clean and tidy. Host was mostly responsive on questions, except a couple of times about mattress. The location was very central, you can walk within the cbd.

The keys should be somewhere more easily accessible at the apartment, like a lock box. We shouldnt need to stop with luggage or walk with luggage to pickup the keys from a totally different place then walk back, even if its 5 mins walk, with tiring journey, walking with luggage is a bit unpleasant. The booking.com mentioned its a good enough space for 5 adults, the bedspace however was very small for 2 people sharing bed, probably okay for a couple. There were no spare mattress, even after notifying the host and we were offered an air mattress an evening before checkout which was too late. The parking was dificult, its on the 10th floor in another building, but it is what it is so no big complaints there, however, parking should be easier, you would have to think twice to access the parking and the long 10 floor driveway up/down. The key pickup information was sent late, it should be shared at least a day before so we can plan things accordingly, not a big issue but something that host needs to improve.

having to find a car park in Melbourne city to collect keys from a delicatessen shop before being able to access the carpark at the accommodation site is a pain. Better to get keys from the site concierge
