Mare consists of four modern, free-standing barns located in a quiet and exceptionally picturesque part of Niechorze, just 200 meters from the beach. If you are looking for a holiday with the sound of the sea in the background, away from the crowds, in beautiful surroundings and stylish interiors, our houses are just for you! When building Mare, we were guided by the aesthetics, but also the comfort of our guests, which is why each house has a spacious and sunny living room with a wardrobe, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and two separate bedrooms on the mezzanine. For your convenience, each room has individually controlled air-conditioning and a TV, and there is wifi available throughout the resort. Each house has a 20-meter roofed terrace, which is a perfect extension of the living room. Mare is also a lot of green, which has been integrated into a playground and barbecues. We have also not forgotten to relax in the air. Each of our barn has its own 24-meter covered terrace equipped with a garden table and 6 comfortable chairs, as well as 2 beach chairs and a windbreak that you can take with you to the beach. Thanks to panoramic, sliding windows, this place will be an extension of your living room. On the other side of each house there is a large barbecue. Our modern barns have been designed with the most demanding customers in mind. The facility is very intimate - Mare consists of only four detached houses surrounded by a garden, located just 200 meters from the beach. The space has been divided into a living and sleeping area. On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious air-conditioned living room with dining area and open kitchen, bathroom and dressing room. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and accessories: tableware, large fridge with freezer, 3-field induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a welcome kit (water, tea, capsules for the coffee machine, sugar). The bathroom has a spacious walk-in cabin with a rain shower. The mezzanine is a place with a beautiful view of the living room and garden. This is where the bedrooms are. In each of them you will find individually controlled air conditioning and a TV, as well as 2 continental beds 80 x 200 cm, which, when joined with a special mechanism, create a comfortable queen size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. If the beds need to be disconnected, nothing could be easier! We'll do it in one move. Sleeping places for the fifth and sixth person are located in the living room on a fold-out sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm). The distance to the beach is 200 m. You can enter the beach through a forest path, with a flat descent. Bicycle path and promenade 100 m from the accommodation facility. A shopping center and restaurants are approx. 2.2 km away. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
