Great condo Close to everything

Great host!! Very responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Romain! This apartment is a cute little place in an amazing location of El Poblado. Very close walk to a lot of things including bus stops, food, a bank, etc. There is a kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, and range. And there are pots and pans, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. There is an electronic keypad to get into the building and also to get into the apartment. There are also motion sensor lights outside the building and in the stairwell. This is a great place to stay in Medellin for a few nights or even longer!

There is no AC in the apt, but there is a very good fan in the bedroom and a rotating fan in the living room/dining room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so it got a little warm during the day, but it really wasn't bad with the fans on. One should just be aware of this before booking in case one is sensitive to warmth/heat. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable (but I will disclaim that I have a bad back and am picky about mattresses).
