如家精选酒店北京西站地铁站店

our very first stay in China and it was wonderful. the hotel was very spacious and super clean. The staff was there to help us for whatever we needed. When we wanted to order food at 1am but were having some issues to use the food delivery apps, we went down to the reception and with no hesitation then helped us out by ordering for us. We just had to transfer them the money via WeChat pay. in less than 20 minutes, the food was delivered to our hotel door.

nothing big, the initial address provided on the booking main page led us to be dropped off at a different hotel by the DiDi driver. We had to ask multiple people for directions but i the end it was about 5 minutes walking to the right place. so it was a little tiring to walk with 4 suitcases in total, but no big deal in the end.

Absolutely awesome place. Clean, well equipped, freshly renovated rooms. Very convenient location - rail station, big park, variety of food and shopping is easily reachable by foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall I’m very happy with the hotel, just 2 small things could make the experience even more perfect: 1. The address exposed by Booking.com led the taxi to the next building. It took us some time and help of strangers to figure out the right building. It would help if there were some additional instructions how to find the entry 2. It would be awesome if there were adapters for European power plugs available (not a big deal, since the outlets also have USB and USB-C)
