We booked Pearl Residence 3rd Avenue Nyali as a couple travelling with our three kids. Initially, we had booked a 1-bedroom apartment, but once the hosts understood our family setup, they were very accommodating and helped us adjust to a more spacious 3-bedroom apartment at an affordable rate. Honestly, we were surprised by the upgrade. Considering the location behind City Mall in Nyali, close to restaurants, supermarkets, malls, and the beach, we expected something like that to be much more expensive. It turned out to be great value for money. The space worked really well for our family. The kids had room to move around, and we felt comfortable throughout the stay. What stood out most was how flexible and understanding the hosts were. They didn’t make us feel like we had made the wrong booking, they simply helped us find a better setup for our family. Ary Homestay Nyali is definitely family-friendly, convenient, and very accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Mombasa with children and looking for a spacious, affordable, and well-located place to stay.

I had a short but very comfortable stay at Pearl Residence 3rd Avenue Nyali. I arrived quite late in the evening and had a little trouble finding the place at first, but the hosts were very responsive and guided me until I got there safely. Since I arrived around 9:30pm, I also appreciated that there were security guards available to properly guide me once I got to the property. I later realized the hosts had already sent clear check-in instructions through Booking.com, which I had missed. The location is very convenient. As I was arriving, I noticed it’s within walking distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, malls, and supermarkets, which is a big plus for anyone visiting Nyali. Unfortunately, I was too tired from the day’s activities and had to leave early the next morning, so I didn’t get the chance to explore much. What I really appreciated was the hot shower with good water pressure after a long day. Check-out was also quick and smooth because the host was available and ready to assist early in the morning. Overall, I appreciated the efficiency, communication, security, and convenience. I would definitely recommend Pearl Residence 3rd Avenue Nyali for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Mombasa.
