This 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is in an excellent location, close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and train stations. The unit is modern, spacious and has outdoor decks on both levels.
1 bed was in poor condition and sagged badly in the centre due to missing support legs.
There were several other minor issues that could be easily remedied as follows: Bed linen supplied was inadequate. Hand towels were not supplied for the bathrooms. Lounge seating was a single 3 seat sofa with no cushions.
