Location is superb
Just the rules of the management about the induction for pool facility as they dont have weekend session. They should have atleast make it online on their website if they cant have a person to facilitate weekender people.

One of the simplest bookings and transactions I have ever had. Host was amazing and always in contact with us. I come to Melbourne up to twice monthly, will definitely stay again!

No breakfast. Good location. A little hard to find where to pick up keys from, maybe could be described a bit better in the email as we spent 45 minutes wandering around asking people where the building to pick the keys up was. Emailed host to say we couldn't find the keys and got no reply. Found it eventually.
as above. Also really would have been good to have 2 keys as a bit difficult to organise things with only 1 key. Couldn't figure out how to get the washer dryer just to dry so would have been helpful to have a user manual so we could dry the towels and tried to put the dishwasher on the night before we left but it didn't start so a manual for that would be good as well.
