Salt&Flow

The location of Salt&Flow is why I chose it in the first place. Close to the sea, 2 min walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants and grocery options nearby. What I didn’t know before booking was that it just opened 3 months ago, thus there not being many reviews. However, those few I read were good and I decided to go for it. And it was honestly amazing. The place is big (around 50-55 person capacity) and everything is new and the place gets cleaned everyday. It’s a very relaxed hostel so if you’re looking for a party hostel this is not it. However, if you, like me, is looking for a place where you can chill, has a home-y vibe and has a relaxed ambience - this is the place!

That there wasn’t AC in our room. However, I was informed that it was being worked on as it’s still a fairly new hostel.

liked the room, very comfortable. The shared spaces were also very nice to have.

The lady at the reception was super sweet. The design of the place is really nice.

There are just so many beds above each other that the space is very small and I hit my head several times. The drawers under the beds are super loud, so if you go to bed and someone uses them, they might wake you up even with earplugs. The light in the bathroom was always on, impossible to turn off, and the shower has an automated timer, so you have to keep on pushing a button to get water - just not a fun design, when you're trying to wash your hair...

Localização fantástica, numa zona calma mas perto de tudo. Ambiente descontraído e seguro. Espaços comuns excelentes. Camas muito confortáveis. Casas de banho partilhadas, mas em "boxes" individuais. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

Em noites muito quentes foi necessário recorrer a uma ventoinha para manter o quarto fresco. O ruído foi um bocado incomodativo.
